Safety Information

The safety and health of all our employees are of prime importance to our organization. Management holds in high regard the safety, welfare, and health of its employees. It is our belief that accidents which injure persons and damage equipment cause needless human suffering, inconvenience, and expense. Efforts will be made to provide our employees with a work environment free of recognized hazards and to eliminate or control potential safety hazards.

Each supervisor at every level of management is accountable for safe, efficient work practices and procedures. Each supervisor is responsible for the initiation of corrective action for employees' failure to work in a safe, efficient manner. Each supervisor is responsible to ensure that our Safety program is explained to and understood by all employees.

Reducing accidents and related insurance costs and unnecessary losses will help us to be more competitive in our industry, thus helping to safeguard our jobs.

This policy, under the direction of management and guidance of our supervisors shall be observed by all employees.

Safety is our number one priority on or off the job. We have developed a full Safety Management System which includes education, training, management, support, and audits. our employees are trained and educated in a wide range of safety programs such as PEC, Haz-caom, PPE, water survival, and fall protection. We are current members of the Acadiana Safety Association and the Petroleum Education Council. Logging is our business, but safety is our responsibility.

Our goal can be met through an evolution of this comprehensive and effective environmental health and safety plan that endeavors to eliminate unsafe conditions and minimize the impact of hazardous situations. The S.T.A.R. program benefits the field environment by reducing illness and injury to personnel, preventing property damage, and preserving the environment .Stratagraph is committed to make every effort to promote, create, and maintain a safe and healthful environment.
